Robust Design education
We are committed to provide both, students and practitioners, with the best possible understanding of Robust Design principles, methods, and tools. This reaches from largely know design principles towards our newest research, both on qualitative design principles as well as quantitative exploration of design spaces. Complementary to pir research, we therefore offer courses and different kinds of workshop/project collaboration for all interested in the field of Robust Design and the Design of mechanical assemblies.
Our course
Robust Design of products and mechanisms runs always in spring and offers all students a first impression of different robust design strategies. A specific focus is put on early stage design principles and exact constraint principles.
